Add Recipients and Send

Signority is extremely flexible.  We provide the ability to add one signature recipient or several! In addition you can easily define the order in which documents needs to be signed. Once recipients have been added, simply click “send” and we take care of the rest!

Tracking and notifications

When recipients have finished signing, each person receives a copy of the signed form via email.

Each signed document includes an audit trail displaying the documents history.  The audit trail provides traceability using IDs, timestamps, and IP addresses proving the legality of each agreement.
